A car chase involving Los Angeles police and Watch Serve the People Onlinean armed suspect made for nail-biting viewing on Facebook live on Monday night.

The LAPD pursued a vehicle through the streets of the San Fernando Valley and the 405 Freeway for more than 90 minutes an it was streamed live on Facebook by CBS Los Angeles.

It evoked memories of that famous Bronco chase of OJ Simpson in L.A. on 17 June 1994, which went down in television history.

During last night's chase, over 170,000 people tuned in to watch 32-year-old suspect Marcos Tulio Flores slowing and speeding up his car as multiple officers followed from behind.
