The racist display happened during the fourth quarter of a game between the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions at Soldier Field in Chicago.

The person was tackled by Soldier Field security and later arrested by police, according to Adam Jahns of the Chicago-Sun Times. The incident was only briefly captured by TV cameras.
